Stephanie and Duane are the Twin Terrors of Wheeler Falls. They love scaring all the kids in the neighborhood, but they're bored with that now. So they're going to visit Hill House... Hill House is haunted. By the ghost of a thirteen year old boy with no  head! Stephanie and Duane are going to find the head in the middle of the night when the house is at it's creepiest.
